People I've Loved was founded by Carissa Potter in 2011 in Oakland, California. We are a few people longing for connection and a group of artists making hand-illustrated cards, letterpress prints, journals, books, and objects. Our goods are meant to facilitate connection between people and help them have authentic, sometimes difficult conversations. We revel in the grey areas of life and the full range of human emotions. We are in search of the miraculous-yet-tragic definition of what it means to exist in this time and space.
